Md. Ridwanul Hoque is the Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Distribution and Strategy of United Commercial Bank PLC. He served as the Head of Retail & SME Business at NCC Bank PLC. since April 2022. With over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, Mr. Hoque has worked at several renowned financial institutions. Prior to joining NCC Bank, he served as Executive Vice President at Midland Bank Ltd., where he led the Retail Distribution Division. He also held key leadership roles at Bank Alfalah Ltd., ICB Islamic Bank, and HSBC, focusing on branch management and customer service.

Mr. Hoque earned his BBA and MBA in Accounting from the University of Chittagong. Additionally, he has participated in leadership and banking training programs both locally and internationally.
