Md. Khaled Hassan brings a diversified background in Equity Financing, Investment Analysis, Financial Modeling, Corporate Advisory, Financial Consultancy, Corporate Restructuring, International Financial Reporting Standards and Private Equity, among other areas.

He began his career in 2013 at Nestlé Bangladesh as an Accounts Officer in the Treasury Department, where he gained expertise in fund management, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, and operational accounting. He later joined LankaBangla Investments Limited, where he served until June 2025, leading the Primary Market Services Team.

Over the years, Khaled has led multiple high-impact projects across key industries, developing specialized knowledge in the Information Technology, Services, Engineering, Fuel & Power, Textile, and Financial sectors.

He holds a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems and an MBA in Management Accounting from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.
