Anisul has around 15+ years of professional experience in his investment banking career. Prior to joining the company, he was the Head of Corporate Advisory in EBL Investments Limited, one of the leading investment banks in Bangladesh, and was in charge of many core functions of the company. Before then, he was in Universal Financial Solutions Limited as the Head of Strategic Investment leading the Structured Finance & Corporate Advisory division. He worked there for almost 7 years in different crucial roles and gained long tremendous exposure to the industry. He was also the Assistant Manager in Infrastructure Development Company Limited where he assisted the Head of Investment in financial structuring and arranged to finance many large infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has served many leading Investment companies in key roles and gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Asset Management, Private Equity, Relationship Management, and many more. With this tremendous experience, Anisul contributes to having significant business growth in UCB Investment Limited.

He has received training from many reputed organizations and participated in Foreign Summits on Structured Finance by ASIFMA, Singapore, and in Sukuk Conference, Malaysia. He has completed his BBA and MBA from University of Dhaka majoring in Finance.
